Project Background: The advent of next-generation sequencing technologies has revolutionised our ability to gather vast amounts of data, enabling unprecedented comparisons across species and varying environmental conditions. This project involves examining recent articles and associated sequence read datasets, with the goal is to update and optimize information flow towards our Cassandra database (https://www.odysyslab.org/cassandra.html/), with new research findings on gene expression and adaptation in response to environmental stress. This project will deepen our understanding of genes implicated in climate stress, serving as a foundational resource for bioinformatics studies aimed at deciphering the adaptive responses of genes to environmental challenge
